Cancellation policy

We hope you will not need to cancel your reserved rooms for any unpleasant reason, but in the unlikely event that cancellation does become necessary, the following rules apply:

For individually booked rooms (max. 3 rooms)

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the day of arrival;
  • After that, the entire amount due (excl. tourist tax, any breakfast, and any dinner) must be paid.

For added security, we may request your credit card details (number and expiry date) or a deposit upon making your reservation.

For group reservations
(4 rooms or more), different cancellation conditions apply:

  • Free cancellation of one or more rooms is possible up to one week before the day of arrival;
  • If you cancel one or more rooms between 1 week and 48 hours before the day of arrival, we will charge 50% of the price of the room(s) in question.
  • Any breakfasts and dinners will not be charged for the rooms in question;
  • Subsequently, the full amount will be charged, including breakfast and dinner.

In the case of group reservations, we may also request your credit card details or require a deposit for added security.

The above cancellation conditions apply only to reservations made directly with the hotel, in person, by telephone, or by email. For reservations made through other parties (e.g., travel agencies or booking platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.com), the conditions applied by the respective parties apply, provided that these are not less favorable to the hotel than the above cancellation conditions.
